Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by WorkPic (hereinafter referred to as the 'App').

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App provides services for taking/editing work site photos, recording voice memos, creating reports, and backing up data.

Article 3 (Data Backup Service)

1. The App provides backup features linked to Google Drive and iCloud to protect user data.
2. The user is responsible for managing the cloud account used for the backup service.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not use this App for purposes violating laws or these Terms, and must be careful not to infringe on others' copyrights or portrait rights.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The developer is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, failures of external services (Google, Apple), or the user's network environment.
2. The user is responsible for data loss caused by failure to backup before changing devices.
3. The user is responsible for the final verification of the contents and results of reports generated by the App.

Article 6 (Amendment of Terms)

The developer may amend these Terms if necessary, and will notify users of such changes through notices within the App.
