This app does not store personal information on servers. Cloud backups utilize your personal accounts.

1. Personal Information Collected & Collection Method

This app can be used without separate sign-up. The following information may be collected to provide services:

User Generated Content: Work photos, voice memos, project and work order text data.
Device & Service Information: Device model, OS version, Advertising Identifier.
Backup Data: App data stored in Google Drive or iCloud if the user activates the backup function.

1-1. App Permission Access

To provide smooth functionality, the app may request the following permissions. Users can refuse optional permissions, but some features may be restricted.

Camera: Required to take site photos.
Microphone: Required to record work-related voice memos.
Location: Used to automatically input current location (address/weather) when creating a status board. (Location data is not stored on the server and is only used temporarily within the app.)
Photos/Storage: Required to load photos stored on the device or save generated results.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Service Provision: Editing work photos, generating reports, saving voice memos, etc.
Data Backup & Sync: Storing data in cloud storage based on user selection.
Advertising: Providing personalized ads via Google AdMob and analyzing ad performance.

3. Provision to Third Parties & Entrustment

The app uses the following external services for smooth service provision, and data may be processed by these service providers.

    Google LLC (Google Drive): Data backup and storage (if selected by user).
Google LLC (AdMob): Ad display and analysis (collection of device identifiers).
Apple Inc. (iCloud): Data backup and synchronization (if selected by user).

※ These services protect data according to their respective privacy policies, and the developer cannot directly access the user's cloud storage passwords or personal files.

4. Retention & Destruction of Personal Information

The app does not store personal information directly on servers as a principle. All data is stored on the user's device or the cloud (Google Drive/iCloud) configured by the user. If the app is deleted or cloud settings are disabled, access is blocked, and users can delete data directly at any time.

5. User Rights

Users can stop the backup function through app settings or refuse the collection of advertising identifiers in device settings at any time.

6. Protection of Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information of a child has been collected, we will destroy such information immediately.
